ReplyDeleteThat is just a simple navigation tab. To add that just go to your blogger dashboard, click on layout, then move click on cross column. You add it in two ways either as list of pages or you use html codes

Mind you that you must have created such pages b4 like about us page, contact us , advertise etc den tick the pages , you can also add links of your blog labels or category to show different category of posts
